At Legend Polyfoams Pvt Ltd (LPPL), we pride ourselves on our state-of-the-art custom-built machinery. Most of our equipment is designed and assembled in-house, incorporating high-quality parts from Europe, Korea, and the USA. Over the years, we have integrated SCADA systems and cutting-edge technologies to ensure our machines deliver unparalleled accuracy and quality, giving us a unique advantage in producing high-quality foam products.
We began with a modest 45,000 sq. ft. facility, and over the past 12 years, we have expanded our operations eightfold to a sprawling 350,000 sq. ft. This growth reflects our commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
State-of-the-Art Warehousing
At Legend Polyfoams Pvt Ltd (LPPL), we boast the largest finished goods storage warehouse in the country. Equipped with advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and barcoding technology, our facility ensures efficient and accurate inventory management.
With a capacity to comfortably dispatch 80-100 trucks of material daily, our warehouse operations are designed to meet high demand and ensure timely delivery to our customers.
